Sisters Against Abuse

Sisters Against Abuse (SAA) was funded by the Department of Media, Culture and Sport through Tampon Tax money to provide services for the victims of domestic abuse. FRF was offering support services for the victims of domestic abuse since 2012.  The SAA project started in August 2017 and concluded in September 2019. The total value of the contract was £250k. The services includes- Counselling; Employability Training; Creative English;

Self Defense; Work placement; Job brokerage and Awareness Raising Workshops for Faith and Community Leaders to enable them to lead on creating a shift in misinformed cultural understanding and practices.
