• 1:1 emotional support for those in Domestic Violence
• 1:1 Information, Advice and Guidance sessions in education, training, financial management, employment, housing, etc.
• Expert signposting and referrals for wrap-around services for clients in London
• Bereavement support for those affected by COVID 19
• Engagement with local mosques to raise awareness and tackle domestic abuse at the ground level and also address bereavement issues
Our current funders include the Mayor’s Office of Policing and Crime (MOPAC) and the London Community Foundation, Tetley and Wakefield Trust, Lloyds Foundation and the National Lottery Community Fund.
We have developed strategies for engaging and retaining beneficiaries from BAME communities who have traditionally been hard to reach. Previous projects have also included interfaith dialogues, community consultation, capacity building, citizenship awareness and information sharing. For our service users we are constantly adapting and developing new initiatives to meet new demands; responding to the needs of beneficiaries and to the changing external environment.
