Self-defence (Women in Action)

Since November 2017, FRF has been actively providing self-defence classes for women who are the risk of domestic abuse under the SAA project. In 2018 we secured additional funding from Awards for All to carry out self-defence classes for women who “are at risk” or who “are DV victims” in Newham and Redbridge.
